By using Madogawa ("this site"), you agree to the following conditions.

1. Nature of the results

• Sides, times and brightness shown on this site are estimates based on public data and calculation. They do not guarantee that a landmark can be seen.
• Weather, timetables, operations, rolling stock, noise barriers, buildings and trees change what you actually see and when you pass.
• This site is unofficial and not affiliated with any railway company, local government or tourism body. Check train operations and seats with the railway's official information.

2. Accuracy and updates

We try to process the source data accurately, but errors in the source data, limits of the model and update delays can make the results differ from reality. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, this site is not liable for damage caused by errors or omissions.

3. Sources and licences

• The route is processed from the National Land Numerical Information railway data (MLIT) and elevations from the elevation tiles of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan. They were not created by those agencies. Full credits are on the data and sources page.
• Rights to the text and page design created by this site belong to this site (GSI Tiles and other map content follow the terms of their sources).

4. Prohibited uses

• Presenting this site's results as if made or certified by a railway company or a public agency
• Heavy automated access that puts an excessive load on the server

This site is not responsible for the content or services of sites you move to from here.

6. Changes and governing law

This site may change or end these terms and its content without notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
